Repsi
Operated by EDOP Inc.
What it does
Repsi answers inbound sales calls for software companies with an AI phone assistant. Today one company uses it, in a private pilot.
Every call opens with a fixed line that says it is an AI and which company it speaks for. The assistant is set up to answer from information the company has approved. If it cannot answer, it offers a follow-up from a person. It can also book a short call with the company's team.
Invitations
If a caller books a call, the assistant asks for an email address and reads it back. When the caller says it is right, we email a calendar invitation to that address from bookings@repsi.io, on behalf of the company the caller phoned. The invitation says that an AI assistant booked the call. It is the only email the service sends to a caller, and we send no marketing email.
Not expecting an invitation?
Someone may have given your address by mistake. Reply to the invitation and say so: a person at EDOP reads the replies and cancels the booking. You can also delete the event from your own calendar.
What we keep
A booking holds the name and email address the caller gave and the time of the booked call. We also keep a recording and a transcript of the phone call, notes the assistant wrote about it and, if the caller asked for a callback, the number they called from. The assistant says at the start that the call is recorded.
To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, write to hello@repsi.io with the email address you gave or the day and time you called. A person at EDOP handles each request by hand.
